Mr. Bob’s just provided the best customer service I’ve ever had from any company I’ve ever dealt with. I had a problem with my Kenmore fridge making noise and Jason went above and beyond to find out the problem and fix it. They are fast, reliable, honest and charge a very fair price! That’s how a business should be. Thanks again!

Had a 25 year old Norge refrigerator suddenly making some strange noises and then failing to maintain cold temps. Texted Mr. Bob’s via their instant chat line. Communicated with Tina who spent about a half hour with me helping me diagnose what the problem might be and providing guesstimated repair charges depending on what needed to be done.
I elected to replace the fridge rather than invest any repair money in it since due to it’s age, it had already lasted well beyond it’s useful life. But Kudos to Mr. Bob’s for helping me to make that calculated and informed decision! What a great service!

We just moved into town and needed to fix my washer. I bought the wrong part off amazon and the kind lady that works the front desk was amazing and found the part I needed and they had it on hand.
She was so helpful and kind! I would recommend this place to everyone.
