	I love your new site! Especially the parts and repair help chat line! I have purchased appliances and used Mr. Bob’s service for the last 18 years. 	I have used Mr. Bob for parts for years but today was the first time I used this company for repair on any appliance. Donnie I believe his name is came out did the troubleshooting a few days ago and ordered the part. With the part in hand he installed the part, made sure there was no leakage, ran the system and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the future.

	I have used Mr. Bob’s for the last ten years for my appliance repairs. They have worked on my fridge, washer and dryer. They are GREAT! They will be there when they say they will. They fix the problem quickly and the charges are very fair. The service technicians are prompt and knowledgeable. I have been nothing but pleased with this business. I highly recomend them for repairs!

	I called the other day and Amber answered the phone. I am a first time house owner and had a question about my washer. Amber was quick to set up an appointment, but also gave me advice to check the filter in my water pump. This piece of advice helped me to identify the real problem which was a broken pump shaft which was no longer producing pressure. Her advice helped me greatly and even though I haven’t had my washed serviced by Bob’s, that kind of honesty will certainly drive me back.

	I’ve used Mr. Bob’s before... good folks, fair prices and home owned and operated. Latest call was for for an heating element for a GE oven. Had it in stock and was cheaper than ordering online. And, the money stayed in the local economy.

	Had a 25 year old Norge refrigerator suddenly making some strange noises and then failing to maintain cold temps. Texted Mr. Bob’s via their instant chat line. Communicated with Tina who spent about a half hour with me helping me diagnose what the problem might be and providing guesstimated repair charges depending on what needed to be done. I elected to replace the fridge rather than invest any repair money in it since due to it’s age, it had already lasted well beyond it’s useful life. But Kudos to Mr. Bob’s for helping me to make that calculated and informed decision! What a great service!

	Mr. Bob’s is wonderful! They sent out Donnie? who was very kind, courteous, & knowledgeable. He fixed my ice maker & fridge door. Both did not need the costlier parts he’d originally thought I needed due to my description of the problem. He ordered the cheaper parts just to be safe & he was right. Thank goodness for people who actually repair what is needed, instead of trying to rip you off. It’s nice to know that there are still honest, kind people left in the world! Thanks Donnie & Mr. Bob’s! You have my business!
