Donnie I believe his name is came out did the troubleshooting a few days ago and ordered the part. With the part in hand he installed the part, made sure there was no leakage, ran the system and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the future.

I called the other day and Amber answered the phone. I am a first time house owner and had a question about my washer. Amber was quick to set up an appointment, but also gave me advice to check the filter in my water pump. This piece of advice helped me to identify the real problem which was a broken pump shaft which was no longer producing pressure. Her advice helped me greatly and even though I haven’t had my washed serviced by Bob’s, that kind of honesty will certainly drive me back.

Had a 25 year old Norge refrigerator suddenly making some strange noises and then failing to maintain cold temps. Texted Mr. Bob’s via their instant chat line. Communicated with Tina who spent about a half hour with me helping me diagnose what the problem might be and providing guesstimated repair charges depending on what needed to be done. I elected to replace the fridge rather than invest any repair money in it since due to it’s age, it had already lasted well beyond it’s useful life. But Kudos to Mr. Bob’s for helping me to make that calculated and informed decision! What a great service!
